NENDOROID ALPHONSE ELRIC in color from Good Smile Company (*SQUEAL*) revealed circa Anime Expo 2017, will be joining his brother EDWARD when he’s good and ready to transmute! (See them side by side in this snap of their painted form at Sakura-Con!) … But he won’t be the only alchemist to join the Nendoroid line-up for FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST, as COLONEL ROY MUSTANG has been ‘announced’! EXCITED I AM .. but how the frak can I afford all these??? OMG HOW????

After watching all four films in the ARISE series, I still am not convinced of my loyalty to the revived Ghost In The Shell, unlike my absolute LOVE for the first 1995 animated film! (The second film was as well, a tainted love-affair…) … and maybe watching them on a free online streaming site might not have helped convince me in the visual aspect, I admit… GITS has become a overly-"talky" piece of anime (I cannot bring "Stand Alone Complex" in the mix as I had not devoured the entire series tho…) mixed in with pseudo-exciting mecha fights and boomboomcrush, only to heightened (for me personally anyways) with the exquisite sounds of Cornelius … and now there's a "new" TV series? And looks like I might have re-watch it, for "two" additional reasons... Titled " Ghost in the Shell: Arise – Alternative Architecture " (Kōkaku Kidōtai: Arise - Alternative Architecture / 攻殻機動隊ARISE ALTERNATIVE ARCHITECTURE) - Wikipedia describes it ...

"Idol Magazine Special" featuring Marvel's The @VENGERS illustrated by Taku たく for Bin1 Production , depicting the ladies of THE IDOLM@STER anime as an all-female members of "Earth's Mightiest Heroes"! Apparently this comic/manga will be available at the IDOL STAR FESTIV@L（ idolstarfes.com ） happening October 25th for 765 Production's 10th Anniversary … but you know what? I have zero concrete proof that that is the case, as I am assuming it is, based on vague online translation of Japanese, and me trying to piece everything together LOL Enjoy the pics nevertheless! New Trailer & Key Visual for Kaiju No. 8 (Season 2)
New Trailer has dropped for Season 2 of KAIJU NO.8 anime, scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025 streaming on Crunchyroll and X (seek your favs for availability where you are at). I love it that the trailer focuses a lot more on the members of the the First Division of Defense Force and Kikoru (is this season her arc?), other than Kafka as "Kaiju No.8". "The Ghost in the Shell" Anime Update
Released is a NEW "The Ghost in the Shell" update for upcoming TV anime (since the announcement in 2024 ), featuring conceptual environmental/spacial designs from animation studio Science Saru, along with key staff revealed, all based on "The Ghost in the Shell" manga by Shirow Masamune. PRESS: Today, the official title, key staff, teaser trailer, and visuals for the new TV anime series have been revealed. Previously announced in May 2024 as a new project from Science SARU, the series now has its official title: THE GHOST IN THE SHELL, keeping the same title as the original manga’s. This marks the directorial debut of Mokochan, known for his work on DAN DA DAN and SCOTT PILGRIM TAKES OFF. The script was written by acclaimed sci-fi author EnJoe Toh (Self-Reference ENGINE, Shadow.net).
