2015 Funan Anime Matsuri @ Funan DigitaLife Mall, Singapore (June 8014) #fam2015sg

The 2015 FUNAN ANIME MATSURI launches June 8th at Funan DigitaLife Mall - and exhibits to June 14th - celebrating a week of Japan Pop Culture in Singapore, showcasing cosplayers both regional stars and competition, anime screenings, merchandize and the "Creator's Hub"; "…a dedicated area with booths selling fan-made merchandise such as bookmarks, posters and donjons." (More info on www.funananimematsuri.com).

Just think of it as a "mid-year AFA" (not surprisingly this event is sponsored by Anime Festival Asia), and as well a (possible) swell Anime-fueled weekend out which could include Gundam Docks in SG @ Ngee Ann City (June 4-28) in the travel itinerary, innit?
"Matsuri (祭?) is the Japanese word for a festival or holiday. In Japan, festivals are usually sponsored by a local shrine or temple, though they can be secular." (Read more on Wiki)
