From Japanese hobby specialists WAVE comes a character release I'd always dreamt of but wondered why it took so long to be released in this scale - Presenting the 1/6th scaled MOTOKO KUSANAGI - based on the new "Ghost in the Shell Movie", vis-à-vis her appearance in the ARISE feature films (and Alternative Architecture television anime series)!
The closest we've seen to an articulated action figure was the figma seen at (and even then it was a much smaller scale) .. but now standing 28.5cm tall, with fabric clothing? *faints-from-excitement*
Ah yes, but of course the PRICE itself is a direct deterrent to my toy-desires being sated, alas … with a SRP of ¥27,500, Hobby Link Japan has it priced at ¥26,125 (USD $216.70). Product has a July 2016 release schedule. Do check in with your own fav retailer(s) for pricing and availability. I'll just scroll down and adore the studio pics, fhanks … *sulks*
